You don’t need to know which type of fob you have. Bring your working original and we’ll check it. Two fobs can look the same but work differently, so the photo alone is not enough to confirm a copy.
Check every entrance you use
Tell us if you also use your fob for an elevator, garage or another entrance. These may use different parts of the fob. Check the new copy at the places where you normally use your original.
